Salt Water Soul is a Zine about the Ocean.
It’s about water, the coast, our relationship to it, the way that our oceans are changing. It’s about how we use them, how we are in awe, afraid – the impact that it has on us. It’s about the outdoors and the way that we perceive it.
But it’s not just about the ocean.
It’s about life, and feminism, and art, and the environment because all these things are related.
Salt Water Soul is a biannual (twice yearly, for now) printed zine, with additional monthly content posted each month. We are looking for artwork, prose, poetry, and non-fiction for both the print and online. Submissions are ongoing and there are no deadlines.
